Removing RIVALLAN from your Facebook account
If you signed in to RIVALLAN using Facebook, you can remove RIVALLAN's access directly from your Facebook account.
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Open your Facebook Settings and go to Apps and Websites.
- Find RIVALLAN Customer Login in the list of connected apps.
- Select the app and choose the option to remove or revoke its access.
Revoking Facebook access stops RIVALLAN from using Facebook as a sign-in method for your account. This action does not necessarily delete information already associated with your RIVALLAN customer account.
Request deletion of your RIVALLAN data
If you would also like personal data associated with your RIVALLAN customer account to be deleted, you may submit a deletion request to our support team.
Send your request from the email address associated with your RIVALLAN account and include the subject Facebook Data Deletion Request.

Information we may need
To protect customer information, we may need to confirm that the person requesting deletion is the owner of the relevant RIVALLAN account.
We may therefore ask you to provide or confirm the email address connected to your account or other limited information necessary to identify the correct customer record.
What happens after a deletion request
Once a valid request is received and verified, RIVALLAN will process the request in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable data-protection requirements.
Certain information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate compliance purposes.
