Find the Bra That Moves With You: Support, Coverage & Style
Support
The right level of support helps you move with confidence and comfort. Choose the option that matches the intensity of your activity.
Light: Perfect for yoga, pilates, or slower days when softness and natural movement are the priority.
Medium: A versatile level designed for gym workouts and strength training, offering balanced support and stability.
High: Built for high-impact movement like running or HIIT, delivering secure support when your training demands more.
Coverage
Coverage is about how much of the chest area the bra is designed to cover. The right coverage level depends on your comfort, activity, and personal preference.
Low: A lighter, more open design that allows greater freedom of movement and a minimal feel.
Medium:Offers a balanced amount of coverage for everyday workouts and training sessions.
High:Provides fuller coverage and a secure feel, especially helpful during higher-intensity activities.
Style
Your bra should support your movement and reflect your personal style. From clean, minimal designs to bold straps and colors, choose the look that feels right for you.
Whether you prefer classic silhouettes, strappy backs, or vibrant tones, the right style can help you feel confident and comfortable while you move.
Three Tips for Finding the Right Fit
1. Check the Straps
The straps should sit comfortably on your shoulders. You should be able to slide two fingers between the strap and your body.
If the straps feel too loose, consider trying a smaller size. If they press into your shoulders or feel uncomfortable, moving up a size may provide a better fit.
2. Check the Band
The band should feel secure without being restrictive. You should be able to slide two fingers comfortably between the band and your body.
Raise your arms overhead to test the fit. If the band moves or rides up, the size may not be right. A well-fitting band should stay level and sit straight across your ribs.
3. Test the Movement
Try a quick jump or a few light movements. Your chest should feel stable with minimal bounce, and the bra should stay comfortably in place.
If you notice too much movement or the bra doesn’t feel secure around the neckline or underarm area, it may be worth trying a different size for a better fit and support.
