To get the best fit within our Alpha/Cup size range, find your usual size (XS–4X), then find your usual cup size (A–G). For example, if you typically wear a size Medium and are a C cup, the “M (C–E)” should be your perfect size.

Cup size options: A, B, C, D, E (DD), F (DDD), and G (DDDD).

Three Tips for Finding the Right Fit

Check the Straps

1. Check the Straps

The straps should feel secure without digging into your shoulders. You should be able to slide two fingers comfortably between the strap and your body.

If the straps feel too loose, you may need a smaller size. If they dig in or feel restrictive, trying a larger size may create a better fit.

Check the Band

2. Check the Band

The band should feel snug and stable without being overly tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the band and your body.

Raise your arms overhead to test the fit. If the band rides up or shifts out of place, the size may not be right.

Test the Movement

3. Test the Support

Try a few small jumps or movements. Your chest should feel stable with minimal bounce, and the bra should stay comfortably in place.

If you notice too much movement or the fit doesn’t feel secure around the neckline or underarm, it may be worth trying a different size or support level.
